• Perform timely and efficient work in completing property work orders, ensuring high-quality results and resident satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional service to residents by promptly fulfilling work orders and collaborating with cleaning staff to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Assist with housekeeping and janitorial tasks, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the property.
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance Foremen to address needs and safety concerns, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for residents.
• Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance, supervising contract services and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in unit turnover processes and support on-call duties and overtime, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the team's success.
• Help maintain a clean and organized shop, inventory, and implement safety procedures, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Carry out assigned duties to manage a multi-family property effectively, utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Perform any other related tasks as requested by management, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and contribute to the team's goals.

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and navigate stairs and ladders comfortably, ensuring physical fitness and safety.
