Ozanam Hall Nursing Home of Queens is currently in search of a qualified Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee our nursing operations. We are a comprehensive 400-Bed facility dedicated to Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care, supported by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm.
Position: Registered Nurse Supervisor - Day Shift
- Full-Time Day Schedule: 7 AM to 3 PM
- Hourly Compensation: $60 with an additional 10% for shift differential
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing supervision or management roles.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, assess, and direct all aspects of resident care.
- Conduct daily rounds and provide reports to the Nursing Service Directors.
- Formulate and implement plans of correction as necessary.
- Review all psychiatric consultations.
- Offer clinical guidance and support to nursing personnel.
