Accounting Now is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to process payroll for 55 employees. Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately prepare and process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
* Maintain and update employee payroll records.
* Ensure payroll complies with federal, state, and local laws.
* Prepare payroll reports for management, HR, and finance.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to HR.
Requirements:
* Experience with payroll processes and ADP software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to payroll and taxes.
