Job Title: Recruiter

Global Medical Response Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the emergency medical services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants
  • Travel to relevant corporate or recruiting events, including schools and industry-related job fairs
  • Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process comply with affirmative action reporting
  • Partner with local operations and/or human resources teams to set up interviews in partnership with department leaders
  • Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Social media and marketing experience (preferred)
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License
  • Two-year experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices (preferred)
  • Advanced social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
  • Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute results
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth
