Pawnbroker Representative

First Cash Pawn is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Job:

• Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process sales and loan transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and inventory areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and preparing daily reports.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling are necessary.
