We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Websterville, VT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with basic computer skills and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality products meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older
  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of continuous prior experience in any industry
  • Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
  • Able to troubleshoot mechanical problems
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing
  • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered, including medical, dental, vision, and more.
