Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Sr PM, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to work on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial and institutional projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Estimating in a hard bid market
  • Developing accurate estimates from schematic design documents
  • Comparative estimating based on various design options
  • Industrial and institutional mechanical construction estimates
Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have 10-15 years of experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems. You must have:

  • Experience with project buy-out of mechanical and plumbing materials and equipment
  • Past project size exceeding $10 million
  • Demonstrated experience in estimating and developing accurate estimates
