Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Proficient in the installation and servicing of security systems, including but not limited to WinPak, Vista, DSX, Avigilon, and Honeywell products.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic security systems effectively.
- Physical Installation: Engage in physical installation tasks as required.
- Systems Programming: Conduct programming and provide customer training as necessary.
- Service Efficiency: Deliver efficient solutions for service calls, ensuring to include relevant documentation such as pictures and part numbers.
- Task Management: Exhibit the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently in a focused work environment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to uphold the functionality of all systems and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspections.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
- Adaptability: Capable of working in environments with high occupancy while maintaining professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
The successful candidate will undergo a criminal background check and must be drug-free with a clean driving record. Specialized training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and work ethic.
