  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with LHC Group's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in staff conferences and committees as requested by the agency.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
