- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct admissions and re-admissions
- Document resident activities and care through Point Click Care (PCC)
- Supervise and direct care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current LPN license
- CPR certification
- Ability to work weekends
- One year of experience preferred
