We're seeking a dynamic and detail-focused Youth Support Specialist to join our team at Axess Family Services

In this role, you'll provide crucial support to our Children's Program, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for working with youth and excel in organizational tasks, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and families through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate program logistics, including instructor and volunteer scheduling.
  • Accurately manage finances and process payments.
  • Participate in fundraising events for the center.
  • E nsure adherence to agency policies and external requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; proficiency in computer applications necessary.
  • Previous experience working with youth a plus.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License and dependable transportation necessary.
  • Criminal background check a requirement.

Compensation Package:

$10.45/hour, with a flexible schedule based on individual needs.
