In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our seniors. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every resident receives personalized care and attention.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 with access to Pay on Demand, allowing you to receive your earnings as you work. Additionally, you will be eligible for multiple health insurance options, dental, and vision insurance within two weeks of starting. Holidays and paid time off are also included, as well as up to eight weeks of paid parental leave.

Essential Functions:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional personal service and daily care to residents, assisting with physical resident care, including hygiene and grooming, and responding promptly to call lights and resident needs. You will also motivate and encourage resident participation in activities and assist with transportation as needed.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, be organized and self-motivated, and hold current CPR certification. Nurse Aide Certification is a plus, but not required. You should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, family members, and peers, and have the ability to read and interpret work instructions.
