Position Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM (with some variability) and participation in an on-call rotation with fellow technicians.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy equipment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • HVAC License or a strong desire to achieve Journeyman status.
  • EPA Certification.

Expectations:

  • Efficiently and effectively complete warranty and service calls while adhering to company protocols.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available for night, weekend, and holiday shifts as necessary.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in residential HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts to customers in an understandable manner.
  • Work collaboratively with dispatchers, service managers, and colleagues to optimize scheduling and resource coordination, ensuring timely service call completion.
  • Exhibit strong adherence to instructions and the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, ensuring readiness with the necessary tools, parts, and equipment for efficient service calls.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and a reliable team player.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and punctuality.
