Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the needs of assigned patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications as prescribed, documenting medical justification and effectiveness
  • Initiate or assist with emergency response measures as needed
  • Serve as a resource for healthcare team members, participating in staff training and orientation
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 9 months of experience as a RN, with at least 3 months in chronic/acute hemodialysis
