Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and installation of commercial heating and cooling systems, including but not limited to:

  • Hot water and steam heating boilers
  • Forced air and air conditioning units
  • Heat pumps
  • Chilling towers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems
  • CFC Certification required
  • Ability to interpret commercial wiring diagrams
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and utilize power and hand tools
  • Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and confined spaces
  • Experience using ladders for roof access
