Compensation and Benefits
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, including benefits such as holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and work-life balance.

About the Role
This leadership position involves leading clinic staff, ensuring patient satisfaction, implementing clinical protocols, and educating patients on treatment. The practitioner will also engage in community events and support mentoring new hires to foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice. A Master's Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License are required.
