Job Summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological medical services to patients in our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement clinical programming to meet the needs of patients.
  • Deliver clinical services as needed and participate in treatment planning.
  • Supervise and oversee the clinical services of the unit.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology required.
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of employment required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of types and symptoms of mental disorders and emotional disturbances and ability to perform psycho-diagnostic evaluations of individuals.
  • Knowledge of psychological and neuropsychological testing, data analysis, and subsequent report writing with appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
