Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries
  • Deliver a Best in Class experience to all customers, whether on the phone or in person
  • Become proficient in the Lightyear scheduling system
  • Complete all required OEM service training
  • Master the Update Promise Customer Communication system
  • Support service customers throughout the repair process
  • Assist the Service Manager with various tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure every customer is warmly greeted upon arrival

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Experience in parts or automotive fields is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and reliability
  • Strong computer skills are essential
  • Excellent communication abilities are required
  • Possess strong driving skills and adhere to all traffic regulations
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory
  • Complete necessary training, including OEM and other Service Lane tools
