Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell our products, including merchandise and services, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
