Job Title: Tester

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Tester to participate in release and test planning, develop release test plans, and execute test artifacts based on functional and non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Collaborate with the system development team to ensure software quality
  • Provide management with project status updates and identify potential issues
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience in software testing
  • Advanced Level Test Analyst or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst ISTQB certification
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
