Job Summary:

At Beverly Community Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients to identify functional needs and deficits, planning and administering treatment, and providing education and training to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients, promoting independence and functional ability
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
Active California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Current AHA BLS certification
Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
