Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team at Lazy Dog Restaurants LLC. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Table Maintenance: Ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly between seating's, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean, stock, and maintain the restrooms, ensuring they are always tidy and well-stocked.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors, wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture, and carry tubs into the kitchen to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia) required.
