Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager, Manufacturing will be responsible for leading the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and improve process efficiency. This role will require strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive results and improve the overall performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 30-45 manufacturing staff to achieve production goals and improve process efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve tooling and processing issues
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on process improvement and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes and logistics
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control systems and MESA or similar Shop floor Control Systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
