Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Position

Job Summary:

SkyBridge Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Document patient care activities, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
