Technical Lead for AI/ML Network Performance

The Technical Lead for AI/ML Network Performance will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests to qualify network performance for AI/ML capability. This role requires strong technical leadership skills, including the ability to collaborate with customers, build out testing environments, and develop and enhance test frameworks and benchmarking tools.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements
* Build out testing environments for system/solution validation
* Develop and enhance test frameworks and benchmarking tools
* Define and gather data for network performance benchmarking
* Troubleshoot customer issues
* Lead projects and mentor other team members
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's in STEM with 6+ years of relevant experience or PhD in STEM with 3+ years of relevant experience
* 5+ years of experience writing automation with Python
* 3+ years of experience configuring, testing or debugging networking systems and solutions
* Experience with PyTest or similar open-source QA automation frameworks
