Role Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients enjoy a top-tier experience from their first interaction with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily, weekly, and monthly tasks will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Managing a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
- Ensuring the next day's schedule is fully booked for all providers
- Collecting and updating patients' personal and insurance information
- Confirming and documenting patient appointments
- Enforcing financial policies by accurately processing payment transactions
- Checking in patients using our software and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Posting payments at the time of patient check-out
- Reviewing treatment plans with patients
- Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, updating records accurately
- Maintaining electronic patient records securely
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the office lobby and waiting area
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role within a dental setting
- Experience with dental software is a plus
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs.
