We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Infosage Systems. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for capturing diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues using computerized tomography equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Position patients appropriately to scan specific areas of their bodies.
- Perform regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.
- Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
- Correctly interpret doctors' written scanning instructions.
- Administer radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
- Evaluate CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
- Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support as required.
- 2 years of experience as a CT Tech/Xray.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Ability to commute to Park River, ND.
- Flexible schedule.
