As a member of our hospitalist team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Med/Peds or Family Medicine physician, with a strong focus on providing pediatric care. You will be responsible for covering adult services only, with opportunities to provide pediatric coverage when needed.
- You will work closely with our APPs to provide comprehensive care to our patients, including performing procedures and managing ICU cases.
- Our hospital offers a unique blend of autonomy and support, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open communication.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in phone consultations with specialists at our larger regional hospital, which complements your independent practice.
As a Pediatric Medicine Specialist or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician at Medicorp Inc, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care to adults and children
- Working collaboratively with APPs to manage ICU cases and perform procedures
- Participating in phone consultations with specialists at our larger regional hospital
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
To be successful as a Pediatric Medicine Specialist or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician at Medicorp Inc, you will need:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine and/or Pediatrics
- Experience working as a Med/Peds or Family Medicine physician, with a strong focus on providing pediatric care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
