As a key member of our Ground System and Mission Operations (GSMO-3) contract, you will be responsible for providing Flight Operations Leadership, Launch and Early Orbit Activity Preparation, and support of successful Mission goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Flight Operations Leadership for the On-Orbit Servicing, Assembly and Manufacturing (OSAM-1) Mission
  • Support NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and the GSMO-3 contract
  • Develop and implement Flight Operations Team training and certification programs
  • Implement and utilize mission configuration management
  • Support mission reviews, including the Operations Readiness Review (ORR), Flight Operations Review (FOR), Mission Operations Review (MOR), Ground Element (GE), and Mission Critical Design Reviews (CDRs)
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience with 10+ years of applicable progressively complex spacecraft mission development experience
  • Alternately, 14+ years of related experience with a Bachelors Degree
