Starbucks Lead Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Barista to join our team at Kroger. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of baristas to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation to customers, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding service standards.
• Store Operations: Monitor total department conditions, maintain standards, and follow through to ensure a clean and appealing store environment.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct department personnel, delegate job assignments, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock and supplies, monitor conditions, and remove out-of-code products.
• Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales, and maintain a clean and appealing customer service area.

• Minimum Qualifications: Must be a trained and certified barista, able to work weekends and holidays as needed, and possess effective written and oral communication skills.
• Desired Qualifications: Prior food handling experience, supervisory skills, and a past work record reflecting dependability and integrity.
