Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Regency Hospitals, a division of Select Medical. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, operating imaging equipment, and producing high-quality images for medical professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and positioning them for optimal image capture.
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Understand and complete necessary requisitions for ordered exams in a timely manner.
  • Perform diagnostic Radiographic/Fluoroscopic/CT exams on patients in the department and with portable equipment.
  • Identify equipment failures and diagnose general problems with radiographic machines and processors.
  • Work closely with floor staff to facilitate excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and current state license.
  • ARRT or CMRT certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
  • Current with Continuing Education in all fields of licensure.
