As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a structured and routine environment for clients
- Ensuring clients are where they are supposed to be
- Collaborating with Programs/Medical staff to provide comprehensive support
- Maintaining client/facility safety through adherence to company policies and procedures
- Providing transportation for clients to and from appointments
- Ensuring a smooth transition for new intakes and discharges
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid KY Driver's License
