Nuclear Medicine Specialist

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at TotalMed Staffing, you will play a critical role in performing nuclear medicine procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Your expertise will be essential in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging purposes, operating gamma cameras and other nuclear medicine equipment to acquire images, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform nuclear medicine procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
* Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging purposes.
* Operate gamma cameras and other nuclear medicine equipment to acquire images.
* Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing clear instructions and monitoring vital signs.
Requirements:
* ARRT (N) certification
* BLS certifications
* Two years of recent Nuclear Med Tech experience
* Strong communication and adaptability skills.
