As a professional support associate at our tax and accounting firm, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of processing client deliverables and daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients with inquiries and document submissions.
  • Maintain polite and professional communications via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases.
  • Process billing and month-end statements and record daily deposits.
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.

We are seeking an organized and efficient individual who can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and learn and adapt to multiple software. Proficiency in MS Office 365 is required, and experience in Practice CS is a plus. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 annually, depending on education and experience.
