We strive to make every visit a positive experience, and we're seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with our team to provide exceptional service, promote our services, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and a warm personality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest who enters our door
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with every client
- Answering the phone and returning voicemails in a timely manner
- Booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments efficiently
- On-boarding new clients, obtain waivers, and create Client Profiles in our POS system
- Greeting customers and ushering them to their service of choice
- Administering all non-medical and non-specialty services
- Selling packages & memberships, and providing service tours to our clients
- Executing opening and closing duties, including store cleanliness and laundry upkeep
