About the Role

As a Sales Associate Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding sales and customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care and educate clients on new and expanded services
  • Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and encourage homecare retail purchases
  • Book clients for future services and maintain a strong client base
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
