We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Quick Lane team as a Lube Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the automotive industry and learn the skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections on all types of vehicles.
  • Rotate tires, inspect brake pads and rotors, and ensure proper tire pressure.
  • Drain oil, install a new oil filter, fill oil, and communicate oil levels to teammates.
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repairing vehicles.
  • Top off fluids and inspect cabin air filter and engine air filter.
  • Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with other technicians and advisors.
Requirements:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Effective analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Valid driver's license.
