About the Job

Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work in our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $28 - $30 per hour, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights. Travel reimbursement for gas and tolls is also provided.

Duties
Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Helping residents with personal hygiene and dressing
Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output

Requirements
Valid NY State LPN license
In good standing with State Registry

Rate
$19.00-$22.50 per hour
