Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Design Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This role is essential for ensuring that construction projects are planned, designed, and executed efficiently, leveraging the power of digital modeling to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) and experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is required. In addition, certifications from recognized providers like Autodesk can enhance professional credibility and job prospects.

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Digital Design Specialist at Actalent, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D models throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure models are accurate and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, you will generate detailed drawings and plans from BIM models to support construction and design processes. Conducting clash detection and maintaining project documentation are also key responsibilities of this role.
