We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As an Optometrist Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading our team to achieve clinical excellence.

• Lead Clinical Team: Supervise and mentor a team of optometrists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Develop Clinical Protocols: Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement clinical protocols that ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
• Manage Patient Flow: Oversee the efficient management of patient flow to ensure timely and effective care.
• Conduct Patient Exams: Conduct comprehensive eye exams and provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest advancements in optometry and eyecare to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Doctor of Optometry: Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong Clinical Skills: Possess excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of optometry and eyecare.
• Leadership Experience: Have experience leading a team of healthcare professionals and managing clinical operations.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
