Restaurant Receptionist

CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is seeking an experienced Restaurant Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

In this hourly paid position, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and handle phone calls and takeout orders. You will also work closely with the management team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

• Check in guests, answer phone calls, and take reservations.
• Manage the Open Table system to ensure accurate reservations and guest information.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a related role.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Open Table system.

• Estimated salary $40,000 - $45,000 per year.
