Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established production schedules and batch recipes to ensure timely and accurate production of products.
  • Weigh and record ingredients, and maintain accurate records of production activities.
  • Monitor and control the quality of products, reporting any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including the emulsifier and tanks, in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company policies.
  • Regulate temperature and other process controls to ensure optimal product quality.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team concepts, programs, and policies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, security, and office environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and chemicals.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including safety glasses, rubber gloves, and safety boots.
