We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreman to join our team at Landmarc Environmental Systems. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing site work and system operations, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining records and logs of work performed and materials and equipment used.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee work done on-site and assess job priorities to make informed decisions
- Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress and provide instructions on tasks to be completed
- Maintain records and logs of work performed and materials and equipment used
- Understand pump controls and piping configurations, SCADA systems, and basic electrical safety requirements
- Perform various inspections and maintenance tasks, including welding HDPE pipe and fittings
- Inventory and request equipment and supplies as needed and comply with company policies and procedures with an emphasis on safety
- High school education
- Minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience
- Experience leading a construction crew and strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Customer/Client Focus, Decision Making, Ethical Conduct, Problem Solving, and Project Management skills
