Technical Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Technical Inspector to join our team at Minutemen Staffing. As a Technical Inspector, you will be responsible for operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment and inspecting electronic materials and assemblies for conformance to established specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine startup and shutdown procedures of AOI equipment
• Understand and interpret basic machine and process concepts
• Develop expertise in reading values, polarity, and orientation of various components
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and learn AOI programming
• Apply knowledge of the IPC-A-610 Class 2 standard in inspection processes

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
