We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at the Coast Guard Exchange. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in inventory management and stock counts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
