Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description

As a COTA with Relient Health, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Your primary duties will include:

• Screening patients to identify their needs and goals
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Administering occupational therapy services as directed by a registered occupational therapist
• Conducting patient and family education
• Delivering quality occupational therapy services that prioritize patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply
• An Associates Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• CPR Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
