Job OverviewAs a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Leadership Team by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, training and developing team members, and contributing to philanthropic efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Focus: Model and teach WOW service principles to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Drive Results: Maximize store productivity and build guest connections through WOW experiences, driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Build Networks: Assist in building brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives, helping to achieve event and giveback goals.
- Instill Trust: Ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures, and demonstrate a commitment to doing the right thing.
- Communicate Effectively: Educate guests and team members on product details and personal style, making product suggestions to fit their needs.
- Nimble: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Collaborate: Support team members in providing WOW experiences, sharing ideas and being open to feedback to create mutual accountability and trust.
- Take Action: Proactively resolve guest concerns, take on new opportunities, and demonstrate a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
- Display Courage: Challenge yourself and others to achieve greatness, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to help team members succeed.
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
