About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, individualized care to clients with autism, leveraging your expertise in behavioral analysis and therapy.
What You'll Do
- Provide oversight and supervision to junior staff members, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Mentor and support behavior technicians, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Conduct clinical reviews and write reports for funding sources, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to exceptional care.
- Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Develop and implement effective teaching procedures, analyzing data to inform your decisions and drive positive outcomes.
- Prioritize client safety and well-being, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within three months.
- A minimum of two years' experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
