LifeLearn Animal Health is seeking a highly skilled Division Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage the daily tasks and operations of the division
- Evaluate the division's performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical direction and support to division personnel
- Ensure staff members comply with division policies and procedures
- Assist with employee recruitment and onboarding
- Work with the financial department to develop the division's monthly budget
- Review office operations and report any issues to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role
- Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills
- Solid communication and team working skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
