Division Director

LifeLearn Animal Health is seeking a highly skilled Division Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Organize and manage the daily tasks and operations of the division
• Evaluate the division's performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical direction and support to division personnel
• Ensure staff members comply with division policies and procedures
• Assist with employee recruitment and onboarding
• Work with the financial department to develop the division's monthly budget
• Review office operations and report any issues to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role
• Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills
• Solid communication and team working skills
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
