Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, operating cash registers, and maintaining store inventory.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products
* Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit payments
* Maintain store inventory levels by restocking shelves, processing shipments, and conducting cycle counts
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move freely throughout the store
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Estimated Salary Range
$40,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
